Every piece I make is crafted exclusively for you and it’s a one of a kind piece.
You can choose to be as involved as you would like in the design process.
If you have specific materials or designs in mind, don’t be shy, let’s talk about them!
After our initial discussion, I will prepare an estimate for the project and ask for a down payment.
Once I’ve got to know about you and your vision, your custom design process can start.
I will be contacting you as soon as the designs are complete. (Usually 3-5 weeks).
Once you are satisfied with the design, the actual construction will begin.
Before the construction begins, your measurements must be taken.
Ideally, I would welcome you into my studio, offer you a cup of coffee and take
your measurements. If, however, you are unable to visit my studio, everything can be arranged
via email. If it’s a jewellery piece, I will guide you through the measuring process.

Crafting time takes approximately 3-8 weeks, from when the design is ready.
Depending on how demanding the project is, it may take up to 4-5 months,
as all crafts are customised and made to measure.
I ask for a 50% upfront payment at the start of the project.
The final payment is due upon project completion.
Payments can be made by bank transfer or via PayPal.
If the jewellery or the craft is a gift, even to yourself, your purchase can be gift wrapped,
although it is not guaranteed that extra taxes will not be added.

After receiving the final payment, the crafts will be shipped to you.
You will be provided with a tracking number to follow your purchase on its journey.
The crafts are made to order and made to your personal measurements,
style and preferences, therefore all sales are final. Exchanges or refunds are not offered.
I offer free polish and maintenance on the jewellery & crafts for the first 5 years following the purchase.
(please note that free maintenance is offered for natural wear and not for damages caused after the purchase)
Shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.
